Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated:

We want you to be happy with Brevona. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to cancel. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Try it first, for free

Every new account starts with a free trial of 14 days, with no payment card needed. Nothing is charged during the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

2. Yearly plans: 14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a yearly plan (Brevona Menu, Brevona Menu + POS, an extra Store or another add-on) and it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund it in full. This applies once per business.

3. Renewals

4. Cancelling

5. The Brevona Counter Set

The Counter Set is a hardware purchase: the devices are set up with your store and shipped to you. For this reason the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 does not apply to it, and devices cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Damaged on arrival or missing items

Faulty devices

The software year

The first year of Brevona Menu + POS included in the set is refunded only together with the devices, when a set is refunded because it was damaged or faulty. After the first year, the yearly software renewal follows the renewal rules in section 3.

6. When refunds are not given

7. How to ask for a refund

Email support@brevona.com or message us on WhatsApp from the email address of your account, with the invoice number or the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

8. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first; we will sort it out quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to the account being paused while the bank reviews the dispute.

Brevona is sold to businesses. Where consumer protection laws apply to you anyway, nothing in this policy limits the rights they give you.
