Hardware Warranty and Delivery Policy

Last updated:

This policy covers the devices in the Brevona Counter Set: the tablet, the barcode and QR scanner, the receipt printer and their stands. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Ordering

2. Set-up before shipping

Before we ship, we install Brevona on the tablet, sign it in to your store, connect and test the scanner and the printer, and enter your menu if you asked us to. This is why we ask you to create your store and send us your menu as soon as you order.

3. Delivery

4. Damaged on arrival or missing items

Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brevona.com, with your order number and photos of the parcel and the devices. We replace the damaged or missing device at no cost to you, including shipping. If we cannot replace it, we refund it.

5. Manufacturer's warranty: 12 months

Every device has the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship.

6. Making a warranty claim

  1. Email support@brevona.com with your order number, the device, what is wrong, and a photo or short video if you can. Many problems (pairing the printer, scanner settings) are solved remotely, often the same day.
  2. If the device is faulty, we tell you where to send it and arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer. We cover the shipping for accepted warranty claims.
  3. If the device cannot be repaired or replaced, we refund it.

While a device is being repaired, Brevona keeps working on any other tablet, phone or computer with a web browser, and receipts can be printed from the browser.

7. Returns

Devices can be returned only if they arrive damaged or are faulty, as described above. Because each set is prepared for your store, we do not take back working devices because of a change of mind. See our Refund Policy.

The Counter Set is sold to businesses. Where consumer protection laws apply to you anyway, nothing in this policy limits the rights they give you.
